Virgil "Jay" Jordan III
Jay Jordan’s practice is focused on serving the needs of business and individual clients through his broad experience as a counselor and decision-maker in law, investments, and business operations. Mr. Jordan has extensive experience as a corporate general counsel and in advising clients on wide ranging issues including corporate and real estate financing, corporate structure, construction litigation, immigration, employment matters, business related contract and tort claims, land development and entitlement, and as an estate planner with emphasis on families with special needs children. Mr. Jordan maintains a criminal defense practice representing juveniles and adults accused of felonies, misdemeanors, DWI, probation violations, and in need of appellate advocacy. Mr. Jordan developed his advocacy skills as general counsel for opportunistic real estate investment companies, as a litigation specialist in private practice, and as a private wealth manager.
